The neighborhood was built according to typical Cycladic architecture during the 18th century in the Era of King Otto by workers from the island of Anafi.
We renovated from scratch and now you can enjoy!
Only 9 houses here could be renovated and this is proudly one of them 🙂
The space
This stunning private small villa in the heart of Plaka, situated at the base hill topped by the Acropolis is ready to accommodate you.
This elegant and restored private residence is the perfect spot to admire the picturesque and historical neighborhood of Anafiotika in Plaka.
All spaces of the house indoors and outdoors are accessible to the guests. The private yard in front of the property is the perfect place to relax and have breakfast or share a bottle of wine during sunset. The fully equipped kitchen with oven and espresso coffee Machine will make your stay more comfortable. There is free Wi-fi connection as well.

A stroll along the car-free cobblestoned alleys and picturesque passageways will take you away from the city’s noise and will give you a glimpse of the Cyclades’ scenery. Come to explore ancient monuments and hidden gems. Guests can visit the Choragic Monument of Lysicrates, a spectacular example of the ancient Athenian architecture. Then, you can explore the Athens University museum and few steps away ypu can admire the Byzantine architecture of the Orthodox Church of St. Nicholas Rangavas, the oldest church in Athens.
